Leagrave Proms
'Leagrave Proms' was formed in February 2003 as a result of hearing Challney Band and remarking that there must be a lot of local talent which may not have the opportunity to show it.
We became a separate entity with St Luke's as our patron. This enabled us to obtain grants without which we knew we would be unable to be self-sufficient. We also aim to contribute to the maintenance of St Luke's, utilising church and hall at times when they would otherwise be empty.
The aims and objectives of our Constitution are to provide good quality music, bringing together amateur, semi-professional and professional individuals and groups, showcasing the talents of members of our multi-cultural community and enhancing cohesion and fellowship.
In our five-year history we have mounted some very interesting concerts and pride ourselves on providing a warm, safe and friendly environment, with enjoyment to all. Click here to view our latest programme of events.
