A Parish in the Diocese of St Albans
St Luke's Beaver Scouts and Cub Scouts
The purpose of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

The method used is to provide an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training by enjoying what they are doing, learning by doing, participation in various activities (indoors and outdoors), making choices for themselves, taking responsibility for others and own actions, working in groups, sharing in prayer and worship, making and living out their Promise.

Beaver Scouts meet on Friday evenings between 6-00 and 7-00pm at Pirton Hill Infant School. Cub Scouts meet on Friday evenings between 6-45pm and 8-15pm at Pirton Hill Junior School during term time.
