Couples wishing to marry where one or both members are not British or Irish citizens, or 'EU pre/settled', must apply for a 'Marriage Schedule' (SRMS) from a registry office. This can take around 70 days from the first appointment and must start while both have been in the UK for at least 7 days. For up-to-date details, please check with a registry office.
